Their challenge was simple: each time they added a new customer into their ERP system, Epicor P21, they also needed that same customer to be created in HubSpot. This process was being handled manually, which took valuable time and created room for inconsistencies.

We built a seamless integration that automatically creates a HubSpot company record every time a new customer is added to P21. The integration ensures that:

  • Company name, address, and contact details are transferred automatically

  • Custom HubSpot fields are populated with the right data

  • Each customer is assigned to their designated regional sales manager in HubSpot

By connecting P21 and HubSpot directly, we eliminated the need for duplicate data entry and ensured that the sales team has up-to-date information as soon as a new customer is onboarded.
